NEISSR had given me a tremendous amount of experience and insights. My objective in choosing this path was to attain professional skills and knowledge to deal the problems of life and change myself and society. The two years journey has change my attitude, widened my perspective and develop my skills. Now my goal is to serve the people with professional ethics and commitment thereby bringing a change that I want to see in my generation. NEISSR, “Excel in Knowledge and Service”.
I consider my two years stay in NEISSR as most valuable phase of my journey as an academician. Rapport building has become more evidently instrumental for me to have a successful life. I am more experienced in handling my emotional premise and this understanding of emotional intelligence has given me a new perspective of understanding myself and has created an opportunity in building inner peace. I give my credit to the NEISSR management, Staffs and my co-trainees.
NEISSR was a blessing. I don’t regret joining this institution. It has made me a better individual. I had an experiential learning. Thank you NEISSR.

NEISSR has offered me a good amount of learning experience, skills and knowledge through different exposure to field.
NEISSR has given me a platform to venture out into the realities of life. Though I complain, the field experiences and rural camp have opened my eyes to the harsh realities of life which I would never experience if I have not come to NEISSR.

The opportunity and the platform I had received from NEISSR had polished me in my behavior, attitude and character which would be continued all throughout my life. 17 years of schooling, I realize did not prepare me to face the world until I met NEISSR. NEISSR has shaped and make me prepare me to face the social phenomena. I am proud to be a product of NEISSR. Thank you NEISSR for guiding, mentoring and making me a competent Professional Social Worker.

Joining NEISSR was one of the fortunate things that happened in my life. I got to learn a lot of new things from fieldwork and classroom learning’s which was like an adventure for life.
I joined NEISSR as a shy and a very nervous boy. NEISSR had helped me to come out of my cocoon. It had given me an ample knowledge and experience to become confident enough to face the society. The principal, faculty is my mentors and I derive my aspirations from them.
To take up MSW course was not in my mind, but with my Dad pressure I joined this course and headed my journey in NEISSR. As time flies, I began to cope up and started to enjoy studying the course. I have experience immense learnings and look.

NEISSR is a home showered with love, dedication, compassion, patience and empathy. I had a rough experience yet enriching experience. The lessons are not just theoretical but very practical in one’s life and the memories to it will always be the impetus to my future.
I encountered the best experiences at NEISSR. NEISSR is one of the most unique and eco-friendly institution, where lectures and the trainessmet together learnt along with the norms and traditions of the institution.
