Rural Camp is organized after the first semester and before the commencement of the second semester under the guidance of the staff members for 10 days in rural areas. The primary objective is to gain insights into the rural social system. The organization employs various approaches and intervention strategies to achieve this goal. Participants, through their experience in group living, are expected to recognize the value of the camp in terms of self-development, interpersonal relationships, organizational sense, management skills, and the ability to take on responsibilities. The camp also aims to develop skills in planning, organizing, and implementing activities, emphasizing the conscious use of time, effective communication, fostering team spirit, managing relationships, resolving conflicts, making decisions, and conducting evaluations and appreciations.
