Bishop Abraham Memorial Scholarship (BAMS)

North East Institute of Social Sciences and Research (NEISSR), a Social Work Institute is strongly committed to the goal of supporting less privileged students in Higher Education. The Institute believes that no student will be denied the opportunity due to financial inadequacy. Keeping this in mind, the college encourages deserving students to avail BAMS A deserving and meritorious student may also apply for a Scholarship offered by the Diocese of Kohima, Nagaland under the Bishop Abraham Memorial Scholarship (BAMS).

BAMS amount: Up to Rs. 30,000. 

Eligibility: 

1. BAMS is the initiative of the Diocese of Kohima for deserving and less privileged students of the Diocese. 
    
2. Students pursuing any Professional Studies may apply for BAMS which is directly under the Diocese of Kohima.

Coverage: 
 A complete waiver of tuition fees
